Dr. Gregory German is a urinary tract infection (UTI) specialist, medical microbiologist, and clinician with extensive experience running hospital-based infectious disease clinics. He is now expanding his focus to provide dedicated UTI specialty care. Through both in-person and virtual appointments, Dr. German helps patients access accurate diagnoses, effective treatment, and long-term management options.

Canadian patients require a referral from an MD or Nurse Practitioner. Ontario patients are covered by OHIP.

We accept patients from around the world and provide phage therapy education, consulting and liaison service as well.

Cristina German is an accomplished executive, board member, advisor, and entrepreneur with a passion for health innovation. She brings expertise in leveraging empathy, technology, and innovation to improve health systems and patient experiences. Cristina mentors emerging leaders, provides career coaching, and advises biotech and deep tech startups. She also serves on healthcare and innovation boards.

Elena Piryatinsky is a Nurse Practitioner (NP) with extensive experience in primary care, nephrology, and oncology. She specializes in patient-centred care, with a strong focus on prevention, chronic disease management, and overall wellness. Elena is passionate about patient and family education, and is dedicated to improving quality of life through compassionate, evidence-based practice and a holistic approach to healthcare.

Elena provides primary care, specialty UTI advanced support as well as emotional and mental health counselling.

Hardeep Kaur is a Nurse Practitioner (NP) with extensive experience in emergency, medical surgical, oncology, nephrology, and primary care. Her experience includes working with and caring for diverse patient populations in a wide variety of clinical settings. She specializes in patient-centred care, with a strong focus on collaborating to optimize health outcomes. Hardeep is dedicated to providing ongoing support throughout the care journey.

Hardeep provides primary care, specialty UTI advanced support as well as emotional and mental health counselling.
