We Understand Chronic
Urinary Tract Infections
We have the knowledge, tools and team to diagnose and treat chronic Urinary Tract Infections (UTIs).
We provide people around the world with chronic UTI diagnosis, treatment and prevention.
Our team has specialist knowledge delivered through in person care, virtual care and global collaboration.
Our Story
Our clinic was inspired by a deeply personal mission. Dr. Gregory German’s late mother was an artist and entrepreneur who struggled with UTIs for years. Dr German saw firsthand how much chronic UTIs impacted her life. Today, as a clinician-scientist and global expert in phage therapy and UTI treatment, he leads our clinical and laboratory teams help people in the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of UTIs.

What Makes Us Different
Accurate Diagnosis of Hidden Infections:
Some infections are caused by bacterial biofilms, which can be difficult to detect and treat with standard methods. We use advanced diagnostic tools and clinical expertise to identify these underlying issues and recommend effective treatment options.
Beyond Antibiotics, Exploring New Therapies
For patients dealing with antibiotic-resistant infections, we may consider additional or alternative therapies, such as phage therapy, targeted prebiotics, or vaccines guided by the latest clinical research.
Personalized Antibiotic Planning:
When antibiotics are appropriate, we focus on choosing the right medication, at the right strength, for the right duration. We provide professional guidance on how to pair antibiotics with other supportive therapies for maximum effectiveness.
Prevention Through In-Clinic Therapies:
In more complex or chronic cases, we may recommend in-office options like bladder instillations or antiseptic treatments to prevent infections from spreading or recurring.
Restoring the Body’s Natural Defense:
We support long-term vaginal and urinary health by recommending proven, low-intervention strategies like high-quality probiotics and low-dose vaginal estrogen, helping to rebuild your natural defenses and reduce the risk of future infections.
